The resources and support Fresno County residents are able to access in their homes, neighborhoods, and communities impacts outcomes everything from chronic disease rates and the quality of health care received to treat them, to the nature of our social interactions and relationships. 

While each of us is ultimately responsible for our health and wellness, our goal as a community must be the creation of social and physical environments that promote good health for all.
